David Lutes and Jason Black of Stonecroft Homes were long time friends before they decided to go into business together. It was during their college years that the two first discussed what they felt was a very real need for high quality, organized and professional custom homebuilders in the Louisville area.

Almost ten years later, Stonecroft Homes oversees around 15 homes a year. Stonecroft specializes in contract homes where they take clients from the initial concept design to handing over the keys after completion. The company has the unique ability in combining old world craftsmanship with modern amenities to create amazing new homes that accommodate individual lifestyles. Stonecroft has accomplished a number of renovation and restoration projects in some of the Louisville’s area finest homes. 2006 was their first entry in Homearama and they came in 1st place for the two awards given by the public; Favorite Home and Favorite Interior Design.

David and Jason are hailed for their interpersonal skills and consistent ability to work with a wide variety of clients and professionals.
