Over the years, Shelly Home Company has received numerous awards including Summit and Star Awards for quality construction. They were the recipient of the 2009 Summit Award for Best Rural Product, $1,001,000 to $1,500,000. Attentive to issues relating to environmental protection and energy efficiency, Shelly Home Company became the first custom homebuilder in San Antonio to join the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Energy Star Program (ESP) in 2001. Still today their homes continue to be designed and built according to the ESP’s high standards. In 2002, our company was recognized by the EPA and Guaranteed Watts Savers for building the most energy efficient home in the greater San Antonio area.
