Searching for your dream home online is easy! The challenging part may be putting your finger on exactly what style and what features you want in your new home… that’s where our search tools can help. Depending on how much you know about your perfect home plan, choose the search option that will work best for you. Then, view only those homes that meet your criteria.
Choose from two Search Options.
- Quick Search: Our Quick Search, accessible from the home page, is the fastest and easiest way to trim your results and weed out homes that are too small or too big. Choose your estimated square footage minimum and maximum and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you’d like.
Your Quick Search results will give you a broad selection of home plans to choose from. These are presented in order of popularity, with the most popular plans shown first. Or, if you prefer to view your results by the size of the home, select "area: small to large" or "area: large to small".
Note: If you do not check any boxes, your search results will include the entire database.
- More Search Options (Advanced Search): In addition to square feet and bedroom and bathroom selections, the Advanced Search allows you to further refine your search by selecting from additional categories like home style, number of floors, special features, and more.
Again, you can select how you’d like to sort and view your results, whether by popularity or size. Use the "update count" link to see how many plans match your criteria before you click "GO" to help you get the results you expect.
Be careful not to check too many boxes, as this will limit or return no results.
Save Your Favorites: Our "Add to Favorites" button on each Home Plan Detail Page allows you to mark and save your favorite home plans. Create your personal list of favorites and refer to it when you’re ready to make your decision.
