Juniper, a favorite from our Cottage Collection, recalls the simple beauty and timeless charm of Gulf Coast homes of the Deep South. With three bedrooms and more than 1,400 square feet of heated space, this house plan celebrates the rich traditions of the coast. Interiors, relatively compact and simple, feature 10-foot ceilings. Bedrooms flank the living areas and provide private spaces for owners and children or guests. Our Juniper house plan was designed by William H. Phillips, Jr., of Dauphin Island, Alabama.
