SL-1431
Morland Hall

Part of Southern Living’s New Biltmore Collection, SL-1431 Morland Hall echoes the fine details and gracious character of one of America’s finest homes. Stucco walls and clean lines evoke the look of a traditional Italian hunting lodge. At the back of the house, a two-story loggia is the perfect place to entertain or simply enjoy the breeze.

Designed by architect Victor Duepi, B& D Design Studio, the 2,755-square-foot home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. An additional 770 square feet on the third level can be utilized as a bonus room, office or guest suite. The floor plan recalls the simplicity of a rustic farmhouse while offering modern convenience and rooms that can be used in more than one way.
